Artist's statement: In 1982 I graduated with a Diploma of Dramatic Arts from the Victorian College of the Arts, (Melbourne). I have worked in film, television and theatre principally as an actor. In 1992 I received a Dip. Ed. in Drama (secondary) and an MA in Performance Studies. I have worked extensively with young people in the arts, education and community sector for 30 years, utilizing my teaching and performance skills. My interests in theatre, film and drama is primarily its collaborative nature - not only as an art form and a medium for learning (a variety of non-artistic disciplines), but most importantly as a vehicle for personal development.

Current projects: Directing a youth musical (Bobby The Musical) for Outreach Music, Singleton Youth Venue & Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music.
